We train our staff to be independently knowledgeable by presenting them with a wide picture and then letting them develop their own outlook on our coffees. When you approach an Oslo staff member about our coffee, they’re going to give you the opinion they’ve cultivated over the course of several tastings and discussions. Over the years in business as a café and then a roaster, it’s become clear to us that coffee is a product which can always be improved.
