email us: general information hours/roast schedule: shops are open mon-fri from 7am to 6pm, and weekends from 9am to 6pm blends and varietals are roasted on tuesdays and fridays. espresso is roasted on thursdays. orders will be roasted on the next scheduled roasting day, ie: orders for espresso placed on a friday, will be roasted thursday of the following week, etc. |
The coffee you drink everyday at Oslo is imported from farms all over the world and roasted right here in Williamsburg. We are a small batch, artisanal roaster using a gas-powered, 12-kilo Probat L-12 roaster. Each batch of coffee entails a great deal of attention and care throughout the process from green beans to a finished roast full of fragrance and nuance particular to the specific origin or blend. Quality assurance is one of the most important steps in our process. We sample every roast to assure the consistent flavor and quality our faithful customers have come to expect. This practice also extends to our retail stores, so the same standards are maintained all the way from our roaster to your cup. Oslo Coffee Roasters offers original blends as well as some of the best conventional, organic and fair-trade varietals from around the world.
